How can I prepare for my Skin Spa session?

1. HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We suggest that you arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give you a chance to prepare yourself, relax, and then fully experience all the benefits of your OpenSpa Treatment from the start.

2. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

OpenSpa treatments do not require you to remove articles of clothing. However, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows us to easily access both sides of your neck, as well as your shoulders and forearms.

3. WHAT WILL I BE WEARING DURING THE TREATMENT?

For most treatments, you'll be asked to remove some items of clothing and for body treatments we provide you with disposable underwear in generous sizes. Your comfort is our number one priority and cocooning fluffy white towels preserve your modesty at all times.

4. CAN I RECEIVE AN OPENSPA TREATMENT IF I HAVE A HEALTH-RELATED CONDITION OR ALLERGY?

Please notify us of any special needs when making your appointment so that our beauty therapists can recommend the most suitable treatment. If you have any doubts, please consult your doctor before booking a treatment. The Clarins Spa is a non-medical environment and all the care that is provided here is exclusively for your well-being.

5. CAN I HAVE A CLARINS TREATMENT DURING PREGNANCY?

We advise that you wait until you've completed the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy and that you consult your physician before booking treatments. In fact, we offer a pampering beauty treatment, developed especially for mothers-to-be and new moms. Then, it's very much down to your personal comfort as to how long into your pregnancy you continue to have treatments.

6. CAN I BRING MY BABY OR YOUNG CHILD WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

For safety reasons, and to allow you to relax and enjoy all of the benefits of our OpenSpa treatments, we recommend that you do not bring your baby or young child with you to your appointment.

7. WHAT IS CLARINS’ CANCELLATION POLICY?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not give us 24-hour notice, you will be charged a booking fee.
