Did you say facial exercise?
Do these five exercises every day to tone and firm up your facial muscles.
-
Cheekbones
To instantly tighten features.
Open your mouth and smile as widely as you can while lifting the outer corners of the lips.
-
Smile lines
To reduce the appearance of smile lines and wrinkles at the corners of the mouth.
Open your mouth in an “O” shape then roll your upper lip over your gums.
-
Eyes
To tone your eyelids.
Open and shut your eyes, firmly pressing the upper eyelid closed. Make sure you don’t furrow your brow. Relax and repeat.
-
Jawline
To combat sagging on the lower portion of the face and prevent the double chin effect.
With your mouth wide open, press your chin hard against your fist and maintain pressure.
-
Neck
To tone the neck.
With your head straight and mouth half-opened, say “ee” while pulling your lower jaw backwards, applying tension on the neck ligaments. Hold for 5 seconds then release.
